Aesthetics at Home
SIGNATURE TREATMENT
Safe Treatments At Home
I’m absolutely delighted to let you know that the UK Government have announced that all sectors of the aesthetic and beauty industry can return to work from the 12 April 2021! Following the announcement, we have introduced these safety measures;
Safe Set Up
Both customers and their households, must be symptom-free on the day of the appointment. Treatments are to take place by an open window or in an area with good ventilation. No other members of the household should be present.
PPE
On arrival and for the duration of the appointment, I will be wearing a mask and visor plus gloves and disposable apron where appropriate.
Hygiene
All equipment and tools will be thoroughly disinfected before each appointment. All government guidance on hygiene will be followed including regular hand washing and frequent sanitisation of any surfaces used.
Is it safe to have an appointment?
We are delighted to be able to provide your treatments at home, reducing your need to travel and putting you in full control of the environment in which your appointment will take place.
We have consolidated advice from the Government and industry bodies to put together a list of safety precautions to ensure that we take every opportunity to reduce the risk of transmission.
What safety measures are we taking?
I have completed the government-approved transmission prevention training certificates.
I will confirm before your appointment that I do not have any symptoms of COVID-19, that I have not for seven days, and that nobody I’ve been in contact with has. This will include a daily temperature check.
Full PPE will be worn by myself and all equipment will be disinfected before and after each booking, including anti-viral wipes and sprays.
As a customer, what should I bear in mind?
In order for the appointment to go ahead, you will need to confirm that you are free of COVID-19 symptoms and that you haven’t been in contact with anyone with symptoms in the last 7 days. We will check prior to your appointment and will ask you to sign and certify this in person before your treatment begins.
We do also ask that customers adhere to all government guidelines on hygiene, including washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water before the appointment and disinfecting all regularly touched surfaces.
We apologise for any inconvenience, but for the foreseeable future we will also be asking you to provide your own towels for the appointment as all our supplies must be disposable.
You are able to cancel and reschedule with no charge at any time should symptoms occur prior to booking.
If you have any questions or queries about our new safety measures, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we are happy to help.
